Staffs and learners can get new information on a daily basis through reading the news and article updates scientific journals and books that have links to the various social media networks.
Knowledge management is important in improving the performance of individual staffs and also the entire organization. Acquisition of additional information increases the competencies of staffs, and thus they formulate appropriate strategies for achieving organizational goals and objectives.
