Current Economic Challenge
As a student, I have always believed in pushing myself to the limit since great success happens in the weakest moments. However, the current hike in college tuition has been a major blow in my academic vision. The increase in tuition fee across the state has created a lot of financial pressure on my side (Engler 33). As a student, have always had challenges in raising my tuition fee and over the years have always engaged in part-time jobs to help raise my tuition fee. However, with the current increase in college tuition fee, I will be forced to either reduce the number of units I will enroll or seek more part-time jobs to help keep up with the pressure.
At the state of the semester, have always registered under a work program that would help me increase my savings to help supplement my tuition fee. This has always helped me meet my college demand and sustainability. However, with the current hike in tuition fee will make this very complex to achieve. Balancing more work and my school will be complex given the current state of the economy and will affect my learning severely.
As such solving the financial problem will help improve my grades this semester by focusing more on my school coursework, as well as allow me to enroll in the weekend and extra evening tuition to boost my performance.
