Self-Reflective Paragraph
From a personal point of view, I have found this project to be exciting and very helpful to me. From the paragraph I wrote, it is clear that I have problems with my word formats, which has always made me write poor sentence structures at any moment I am writing my notes. Moreover, I usually mistake on which places within my texts I can use a plural or singular statement. This makes my sentences not understandable on many occasions. Using articles such as “a” and “the” has also been a great challenge that I have been facing for a long time. Although I have the great skills in researching for the appropriate content, I do not usually know how to write the points in a manner that can be understood clearly. These mistakes are usually common in my notes and when writing my exams. However, during the self-editing project, I learned more about my mistakes that kept on reappearing over and over in different sentences. From my analysis, I have learned a lot from the sites I visited. They provided even more examples that I read so as to gain more knowledge. I intend to continue visiting the practice sites that I save on my computer and practice more by writing paragraphs on different topics so as to improve my writing skills. This project is a very good strategy of improving a person’s writing skills and I would recommend this strategy to be used by my fellow students for them to become better writers.
