The commencement of Mrs. Nooyi’s tenure at PepsiCo was one of the best moments in the modern history of the company. The company has experienced tremendous growth due to her leadership style. She introduced a leadership style that incorporated communication. This has enabled her to build confidence and competence in her team. The advantages of her leadership style in the company are far reaching. Her idea of empowering her employees has made the company endeavor into research. This has made the company increase and improved the products in the market.
