Subject: Meeting Rooms for Delray Medical spring sales representatives
My name is Skyla Fuentes, the Corporate Travel Associate for Delray Medical. I have been given the task of finding a meeting place for the Delray Medical spring sales conference for our sales representatives. It’s scheduled for next March 20 through March 24.
Our planning committee plans to meet September 18, and we would appreciate your response before that. Here are some things we need to know.
I am wondering whether the Wynn has a banquet room that can seat 250 guests.
We will also need four smaller meeting rooms. We would expect about 75 sales reps to attend each of the meetings in these rooms.
Because we will have electronic presentations, we are concerned about computer facilities.
We will also need to know about transportation to and from McCarran International Airport. Do you have it?
Finally, what about special room rates for groups? At this time of year? Yes or no?
