Commanding style: This is the most used style of leadership it involve praise and frequently employs criticism, it undercuts morale and job satisfaction, but it is limited usefulness.
Affiliate style: this method shows the principal of the teamwork, connect people to each other and also maintain togetherness in the team.
Nevertheless, there is a dark side to the use of leadership style. The leadership style can be used to take advantage of the employees Managers with the capability of mastering the emotions of other people and can rob them of their reasoning abilities (Duffy, V. G. 2011). They can use emotional skill to manipulate others to realize their personal motives that do not depict the overall goals of the organization.
